Artwork should be using something for thumbnails / 2x images

I'm not sure at what sizes yet, but the artwork per episode should be using something to create thumbnails. The primary reason I have this in the model is so that I can use the movie poster artwork on Hypothetical, so I'll upload as large as I can find and then we'll have a few different sizes for the various uses.

This seems like it should be done in the template rather than in the model at runtime. More flexibility.
