Prompt text not vissible

I experience issues with prompt text being invisible on a black background as bolded text is black. I use zsh with the default theme and osx 11.1. I think I noticed this after the update of the os, but could also be a change in my settings although I'm not sure what as I haven't changed anything. Attached are two versions on white and black background.
