Can greg clean up old episodes?

While I understand that greg only downloads the episodes, and doesn't know anything about their state once downloaded, it'd be useful if greg could remove old episodes. You'd need to configure either date or episode count based cut-off in the config file, and once done, greg would clean up old episodes after successful sync.

Does this feature request make sense?
