Describe the bug

When accesing any plot window which has a legend, the legend can be dragged out of the window and get permanently lost.

To Reproduce

  1. Load any type of data, MAR11060 works well in this case.
  2. Plot the data using any value within range.
  3. Drag the legend out of the screen and let go of it

Expected behavior

The legend will not return back to the window
