Improve DNS_Reduction file hierarchy

Describe the outcome that is desired.
A single folder DNS_Reduction is created in qt/python/mantidqtinterfaces/mantidqtinterfaces and all operational modes of the interface are moved inside. The main components of the interface should be moved out from the dns_powder_tof folder and stored in a separate location.
Consider possibility of creating a common model for script generators rather than having separate models for each of the operational modes.
