Sample Transmission Calculator Throws Unhandled Exception When Whitespace In Chemical Formula

Describe the bug
An unhandled exception appears when a number of spaces (only) are entered into the Chemical Formula box.

To Reproduce

  1. Open General -> Sample Transmission Calculator.
  2. Set Low to 0, Width to 1, High to 10.
  3. Enter a space in the Chemical Formula Box.
  4. Click calculate.

Expected behavior
Errors from the algorithm should be handled by the interface and catch the exception.
