DocC documentation doesn't display the Library overview section in Xcode 13 beta.

The overview of the library, currently saved in Easing/Sources/Easing/Easing.docc/Easing.md, is not displayed when the documentation is compiled.
Seems like this requires the package manifest to use // swift-tools-version:5.5 (tested in Xcode 13.0 beta (13A5155e))

This is issue was fixed by Xcode 13 official release
