[Feature] List's visibility UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature request relates to: [Feature] Add a way to differentiate visibility type of list . Currently there is a check box that for a "is private" Boolean.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm thinking that the checkbox will need to be changed with a radio input showing: "Private, Unlisted, and Public" with public being the default.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively a select input can be used to keep. Some additional research will be needed before I decide what the best solution is.

Its seams it best to use a radio button for this because its a few options its important for user to see all the options.
