Test Web Application under Windows

This project should be tested under Windows in an Application Server.

Tested with Jetty, Tomcat, successfully.

Application Server like Glassfish is missing, but should be no problem.

Glassfish tested. Got a small issue, due the fact that the felix container has invalid URIs. fixed in 0.8.8
