Chrome with Year Order

Hi there,
Not sure what's happening but the plugin works on all browsers I could test (Firefox, IE, and Edge) but something went wrong with Chrome.
The years appear to be out of order on Chrome (as above) but on other browsers it works perfectly like so:
Didn't have much time to figure out why it doesn't work but I'll try to debug what's wrong and make a pull request if I can fix it.
Just wanted to flag the issue for you!

No worries thanks for letting me know. I'm not maintaining this library anymore, however I'm happy to accept pull requests if you have a fix for it.
