Event on camera changed, feature

It is really helpful to have a event listener on map camera positions changes:
- target changed
- zoom changed
- tilt change
- bearing changed
It is useful to update the app data on user interaction with the map.

As Map.ir Flutter SDK is a fork of Mapbox's, It would be better to post your issues and feature requests on the Mapbox's repository. You can find the main repo at tobrun/flutter-mapbox-gl.
