Spurious Travis failures when deploying

In releasing 1.0.1 today I saw that the 2.7 build passed (sdist and wheel uploaded successfully to PyPI), the 3.4 build failed (wheel uploaded successfully, but source dist was already on PyPI), and the 3.5 and 3.6 builds failed because PyPI (rightfully) refuses to take duplicate uploads.
It worked out: we got an sdist and Python 2 and 3 wheels on PyPI, but I'd like to avoid the failed builds and notifications.

Having the 3.7 build do the upload is sort of a fix. Closing.
