Failed 900913 detection

The .prj from this shapefile should be detected as 900913, but is not. I don't remember what tool or parameters I used to reproject it (from Maryland State Plane) but I can figure that out and get back to you.

hmm, that works for me testing locally with node-srs. I will try to replicate in tilemill.
