Standalone Without Node

Hi, I needed to use your software with leaflet and in order to use it properly I had to delete some code surrounding the features.

Basically it was the first line and the last ones

Signs point you're using index.js, not wellknown.js, as documented. Closing.

It's not explicitly said in your doc that the sandalone version is the index.js and not the wellknown.js
