License of tiles in the `test/fixtures/` folder

The folder test/fixtures/ contains subfolders called
- amazon
- amazon_here
- bing
- omt
which themselves contain some vector tiles. How are these files licensed?
The readme currently states:
Tile test data in the /test directory has different licenses depending on the source of that data.
