switch out favicons & avatars

I know this is a minor issue but I think it's important for tighter branding.
Our default globe favicon and duwamish river avatar is on most of our flavors. See http://whitmancountyvsp.mapseed.org
Can we take a pass and switch out the favicons and avatars to match the logo of the organization?
