Map does not render properly when a place link is opened

Each places has its own link, which should open a map view of the the place and its report. For example, we have this link: http://heyduwamish.org/place/177
However, the map does not properly render. One has to drag the map for it to render the location of the place properly. This seems to be an issue with styling, where the map is shifted to the right, leaving a blue void on the left side of the screen.
