Use 'report type' icons for default avatar in activity stream

The default green dude avatar is unappealing. Let's make it so by default, the avatars that show up in the activity stream are the report type icons (i.e. observation, question, idea, complaint), it would be much more pleasing to the eye and also functional when skimming the activity stream.
