Remove "find an address" bar

It works, but it requires exact syntax and takes up a huge amount of real estate on small screens.
We should remove it for now, and consider a slim UI for it at a future date. Perhaps a little magnifying glass icon that expands for the address search.

This issue is important for mobile usability.
Hopefully after we get the "find an address" bar out of the way, it will leave enough room on small devices to see the page overlays without having to scroll...
