Make video embeds fluid width for various screen sizes

Right now our video embeds, i.e. http://heyduwamish.org/swim are at a fixed width. On larger screens the video is not big enough, but if you make the iframe embed size larger, then it creates a horrible horizontal scroll for any small screen.
