Disabled story bar controls

There seems to be a bug that disables story control bars: If you close a place detail view that contains a story bar and then immediately reopen it (without first clicking on any other detail views), the story control bars will no longer function. Story bars on other place detail views will still function.

This is probably something simple--maybe to do with events being undelegated or something like that. I'll look into it...
