enable subtle transparency behind page view window

Want to experiment with a slight opacity change on the page view window for pages & landmarks? Reports too I suppose, we might have to experiment to make sure everything's readable.
Perhaps change the opacity to .85, maybe .9 - that way there's a little bit of the map showing behind to give a fuller view of the map and an overlay effect for the content.
