Map stories: Places in multiple stories

The story feature only allows a given place or landmark to be part of one story at a time. The use case for places that are part of multiple stories is strong, though.
We'll need to decide how to display story controls for a place that is part of multiple stories. Should multiple story controls appear? Only the first set? etc.
