Loading certain polygon landmarks will cause the map to partially render

Evident on the Lake Washington flavor, loading a polygon landmark (such as http://lakewashington.us/lakepointe) directly will cause a portion of the left side of the map to not render. Interacting with the map will immediately correct the problem.

This issue affects master and develop-0.7.0.
