If we ship the form autocompletion feature, users of the site will potentially have their personal data stored and retrieved in cookies or localstorage.
Do we need some kind of message indicating our use of cookies? Do users need to formally acknowledge this message and agree to our use of cookies? Many sites have notices like this, but I'm fuzzy on the legal details.
