Detail view design changes

A few design changes for detail views, introduced in various flavors but suitable for the base project:

• Put social media icons and support button on a single line when the story bar is visible
• Tighten up the line spacing in titles
• Widen spacing between images and text
• Remove display_prompt text from restoration/vision data (specific to the duwamish flavor)
