filter the area contained in the .mbtiles file (based on features)

I have a .shp file for a city where it contains sub-district and village data, then I convert it into a .mbtiles file using tileserver. then I show it to change the layer (overlayer) google map.
currently map layer can already appear replace the image from google map for one city.
does it allow me to filter the area in the .mbtiles file by district and village?
as an example:
if I want to show the area of sub-district A of village B, then that show on the map / layer is just that area only.
if so, how? is there a link as my reference?
