Table for conversion of CAT and Liftoff IDs to Ensembl IDs

Hello,

Is there a table with the corresponding Ensembl IDs for the genes and transcripts in the CAT and Liftoff GFF3 version 2 annotation?

I want to use the T2T reference and annotation for an RNA-seq project, but for the purposes of this project it would be important to have the corresponding Ensembl IDs. I imagine others might have similar needs in the future.

I just realized that the Ensembl IDs are present on the sixth column of the CAT and Liftoff GFF3 version 2. They come in following "source_transcript=" and "source_gene=". With that I should be able to parse through the file and get what I need.
