I doubt EA would like their assets distributed freely. Are you sure you have the rights to use and redistribute these assets under an MIT license? You might wanna change them.

Could you advise me which license is proper for this condition? I'm not sure about this.

You don't have the rights to redistribute assets from commercial games unless EA Games gave you permission. Since I doubt they will grant you one, it will be best to change the assets to assets you have rights to use.

Ok, I removed the license. It's just for learning and noncommercial use.
