Dragging and listener functions are left as active if mouse is up outside of the switch

Reproduce the issue:

1. click on the switch
2. drag pointer to the outside of the switch
3. release mouse.
4. move mouse inside vertical boundaries of the switch
5. in order to get rid of the state, you have to click on the switch once more
