DACPAC file missing?

Hi there, the DACPAC file does not seem to be included. Was it removed and/or should I manually create it? We are required to perform an offline installation.

Just double checked the release and all DACPACs are there:

They are there indeed, but I was using the wrong method to download the
files. I downloaded the repository as a zip file... not the release. Sorry,
Iam a little bit of a github noob still...
