Hi,
This is a great addon to HA, but is there a way to change the unit from mg/dL to mmol/L?
Could that be made as an option in the integration?
We use that unit and can't understand out the mg/dL units. We have no idea what is a good value. :-)

Hey @svalavuo , you can change that directly in nightscout after running the add-on:

If you mean change it on the HA integration itself, there's an open PR ( home-assistant/core#41382 ) but it's failing the tests.
I'll see if I can work on that soon.

My NightScout shows it correctly. And our phones (xDrip+), watches (Polar M600) and our MagicMirror² too. :-)
Only HA screen shows it in mg/dL.

This would be great for a lot of us in Europe, appears to be quite a simple change that I once made for a commercial dashboard.. not quite sure why it is failing tests ?
