Invalid Input Error: Don't Know how to solve

Everything I do results in this error:
[10:04:08 PM] Patch file "AITale.xdelta" selected.
[10:04:17 PM] Original file "data.win" selected.
[10:04:20 PM] Applying patch, please wait... (don't panic!)
[10:04:20 PM] An error has occurred: xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT
How do I fix this?

There is nothing to fix. You are patching the wrong file. The patch you are using was meant for a different version of the game, and thus it does not work. You should find the right iso/ROM to patch.
