Describe the bug
Two runs on the same context have the same reports file name on AWS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run to two instance of docket with lughthouse-ci
  2. Check the file generated on AWS S3

Expected behavior
The report name is uniqe. The idea is to add the envinment in the name file.
