Faster switching between drop-down values

What would you like to be added?

For fields which have "options" specified for them, it would be good to be able to see the full list of options as soon as the user clicks on the cell.

Why is this needed?

Currently this list is "filtered" to show only values that "match" the current value in the cell. This results in the user having to:

1. Double-click on the cell to go into "edit" mode for it
2. Switch to the keyboard to press "delete" to clear the current value
3. Either type in the new desired value or switch back to the mouse to select the option from the drop-down

Changing values from drop-downs like this can be a very common operation in some workflows & requiring the use of both keyboard and mouse adds unnecessary friction to the user experience.
