FR - Add note dialog with custom front-matter properties.

What would you like to be added?
The current add-note dialog allows to set the name, project and template values, but I would like for it to also allow custom front-matter fields to, for example, set a due-date or a priority right away, similar on how the edit note dialog works.
Why is this needed?
Is a convenience to not need to edit the note's front-matter directly on frequent fields for creation.
This bot triages issues and PRs according to the following rules: - After 60d of inactivity, lifecycle/stale is applied. - After 30d of inactivity since lifecycle/stale was applied, lifecycle/rotten is applied and the issue is closed. You can: - Make a comment to remove the stale label and show your support. The 60 days reset. - If an issue has lifecycle/rotten and is closed, comment and ask maintainers if they'd be interested in reopening
