Cannot update values in table view without buggy duplicate columns

What happened?

I have built my project in table view containing many tasks. See the 1st image:

I then want to update a value in a cell, I will update the Time Given values. This creates an entirely new column and moves over the values. See 2nd image:

What did you expect to happen?

I can update values in a cell

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

I dont know, seems like a core use case to me
