Predetermined lists

What would you like to be added?

Heyyy this is a fantastic project management tool! The only thing holding me back from moving from GitHub Projects is list types. While they do exist, they can be arbitrarily changed by anyone.

I'm sorta requesting three features in one:

1. A list feature that prevents new entries
2. Being able to set a colour on a list item
3. Whether or not multiple options are allowed should be configurable.

If that makes its way into Obsidian Projects, I'll buy ya a coffee :P

Why is this needed?

When working with a lot of people, things quickly become unwieldly when someone carelessly types in progress in all lowercase while the actual status is In-Progress. Suddenly we have two status tags with the same meaning.

Also colour makes it easier to spot what's going on. I never realised how much of a difference it really makes

And thirdly because while I don't need it directly, someone def will and ... well, might as well roll it all up in one.
