Cloned tabs when splitting a projects tab
Opened this issue · 0 comments
What happened?
When I am in Project 1 (i.e. Table View) and want to split the tab to be working on Project 2 while still seeing the first one on the left panel, the two resulting tabs become CLONES, and work synchronously. If I click on something on the right tab it will also change in the left one. This makes imposible to be working on 1, 2, 3 or 4 projects at the same time, as all the split tabs show the exact same.
What did you expect to happen?
That I can split a Projects tab for working simultaneously on i.e. 2 different projects, Project 1 in one tab in the left part of the screen, and Project 2 in a different tab the right part of the screen. And that if I press something on the Project 2 tab, that it will not change the content of the left tab.
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
Creating two projects, have Table View and Board View in both projects, add some dummy notes, and try to split the screen while being in Project 1, and on the new tab move to Project 2. You will see that suddeny both tabs will change to the same content and become clones. Whatever happens on one, happens on the other.
Anything else we need to know?
