Hey, would you consider finishing up the last pieces and registering? What exactly needs to be done for that? Where would you need help? I am considering using this as part of DifferentialEquations.jl to build some exponential integrators.

I have been busy but will try to remind myself what the numerical instabilities I bumped into were -- and whether they were issues with the algorithm itself or with my translation of the MATLAB code.

I'd say that is the main reason for holding back on registration. It seemed like a significant issue to address before encouraging anyone (even if implicitly) to use the code.
