PCA-based experiment on a dataset of thermal images.
The implementation computes:
- the average route
- the eigenImages corresponding to the 10 largest eigenvalues
- the eigenImages corresponding to the 10 smallest eigenvalues
OpenCV library
Compiles with:
g++ eigenthermal.cpp pkg-config --cflags --libs opencv
