Discrepancies in intallation guide?

Hi,

first of all: i love the approach of hydraplay taking the snapcast configuration of my back. I cant figure this out for the life of me.

So I started following the guide but I feel there is something missing between step 1 and 2. Once I created the hydra.private.json file, where do I put it for docker to use it?

Then I found the detailed.md file, which doesnt mention docker in the main section, but builds it from source in the last step.

As someone with limited docker knowledge, which is the best/easiest guide for me to follow?
