"connect" becomes "connected"

  1. disable connect button if device id AND device name not selected
  2. when device ID and device name selected => enable connect button
  3. disable button when user clicks "connect", and change the text to "connected"
  4. if user changes the dropdown selection (device id OR device name), then enable button again and change text to "connect" after new selection has been made
