Replace chafa with ncls

ncls is faster than chafa.
Speedtest on 50 images:
- chafa: 0m8.923s
- ncls: 0m3.489s

i ended up replacing chafa with viu because ncls is not part of the notcurses package anymore and it didn't provide the needed options to make it easy enough for me.
