[BUG]Stream doesn't start and message "Disconnected." instantly pops up

Issue Summary
When i go to the app and click to start streaming, the stream does not start and a pop up saying "Disconnected." appears.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open the app
- Click on the "Start Streaming" button.
Expected Behavior
The stream should start.

Video module: ndl-webos4
webos version: 4.9.0
Computer Setup
Windows version: Windows 11 22H2
Screen resolution: 1920x1080
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050
Additional Context
All of the settings in IHSplay are on option one and i'm in france on a wireless network
