SQL default dialect

Is there any reason not to use default dialect 3 for DBD::Firebird? Now the default is 1.

Legacy it should be changed :)
In flamerobin default dialect is 3 when i create a new db and nobody complained

FWIW, I agree. Dialect 3 ought to be the default.
