Live Archive Not Enabled because there is no live-archive folder in the root message

Hi Mark,
You have a great program Live Archive. There is a problem as running it crashes Atom every time I try to get your program going. I tried several different ways to install, both in-program and command line (see e.g. image2)
When I start Atom, Live Archive Program says: "Archive Disabled" on the Atom status line at bottom of screen. On clicking the link, a message box appears saying "Live Archive is not enabled on this project because there is no ./live-archive folder in the root. Click 'Create' to create the folder and enable live archiving". However, on clicking 'Create', Atom hangs and then crashes.
AFAIK, no live-archive folder is created as intended. I tried manually creating a live-archive folder in project root, but this manually created folder doesn't seem to be recognized by the Live Archive program, which still crashes Atom.
Mark, I have great admiration for your amazing Live Archive program, and I hope this issue can get resolved easily.
Regards, David
