Allow graceful stopping of script during Docker daemon start/stop

The script uses a timeout of 5 minutes waiting for synoservicectl to start/stop the Docker daemon. The script is unresponsive capturing terminal input during the waiting, e.g. ctrl-c is not processed to stop the script execution.
