Add loading icon in popup

@MDevster We use the default IFrame solution (Backend.openModalIframe) from Contao which is already used in other parts of the Backend. The problem is, that the IFrame opens instantly, whereas our backend route takes some time to load. So I'm not sure how you would fix this issue. Maybe something in that regard could be added to Contao itself. Let me know if you have an idea.

I just fell for that one too. An empty page suggests an error. Such an icon would be helpful ;-)

I'll see if it is desired that this is integrated for all Simple Modal in Contao. A solution only for the File Helper I would have already. But a general solution would be nicer.
