How do i get it for almalinux 9? Im a noob so would prefer complete package RPM

If there is no way at the moment, is it possible to pay someone to make this available ?

The duperemove package is part of EPEL which can be enabled in RedHat like distro with dnf install epel-release.
But those distros move quite slowly, so there probably isn't much interest in taking in such a new package, even if you found someone to update the packaged version.

In fact the new version already is part of Fedora, so it should come to redhead and derived distros once their release cycle allows them to take in updated versions.

@PeaceMaker00 use 0.11.3 for now and wait for whatever comes with Almalinux 10, or use a faster moving distro like Fedora Server and deal with more frequent changes in exchange for newer packages.

You could maybe search for a freelancer to work off the newer package source repo https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/duperemove/ and adapt it to the older OS and dependencies, and even get a simple repo hosting that one package (and unmet dependencies) you can add to your system with something like Fedora COPR or the Open Build Service, but you will probably have to pay them to build and test every new version, or learn how to use those tools yourself (not the worst skill to have and probably easier with this project as there already exists a decent reference that only needs updating instead of a creation from scratch). But I also haven't attempted packaging something yet and don't plan on trying for the foreseeable future...
